A few weeks ago we placed an order for the convertible crib and changer/dresser at our favorite store recently...Babies R Us. After borrowing Firman's (BGMC lead pastor) truck, and some help from Chad Yoder (BGMC member) carrying it up the stairs, we were ready to set to work putting the furniture together.

We started by unpacking and assembling the changer/dresser, and by the time we got it together and all the pieces unwrapped for the crib it was time for bed.

By the next morning Jim had put the crib together and when Jodi awoke she was able to see the results.

With Jodi's parents arriving in a few days we decided it would be nice to go ahead and get the mattress, changing pad, and the "Alphabet Soup" linens to finish the nursery before they arrived. Here is what it looks like today with just a few more finishing touches to add.

I love it! Good work...I like the color of wood you ended up with.
So cool guys, it is getting so exciting!!! We love it and are getting more and more anxious to meet this little one!! hopefully in CA ;) Love You!!
So cute! Love the sock puppet! The crib and changing table/dresser are beautiful, as are the blankets and other linens in the room. The soft yellow is a great color, too. Great job!
We can't wait until there is a baby in that beautiful crib!
