December had its high's and lows - Jim had surgery at the beginning of the month. His initial recovery went really well but his wound got infected and eventually ended in an overnight hospital stay 2 days before we were to leave for Kansas for our Christmas trip. Everything ended well and we had a great trip home - more to come on that....
Noah and I had fun decorating a Gingerbread house. He did great and we had a lot of fun together!
